The smoke that has moved into western Nevada County is coming from Northern California forest fires and there no major blazes in the area. The Grass Valley Emergency Command Center reported at 11:15 a.m. that the smoke was probably being pushed by Delta breezes into the county from fires around Yosemite National Park.
