Where is Encona from?
Encona Sauces is traditionally a UK brand, and was launched over 30 years ago. Until recently 90% of our business was in the UK, with the rest being exports, but it’s now closer to 85% as we become more active in Europe. We are even re-exporting finished products back to the Caribbean!
